City residents have access to the Brunswick R-II Fitness Center and Weight Room from 4 am -12:00 am midnight. Get your center ID/access card at the High School during school hours after showing proof of Brunswick residency.
To renew your card, complete the Fitness Center Agreement Form online.
Forever Young & Fit aims to help residents stay healthy and live life to the fullest through education, physical fitness and body work. The fitness center offers 24-hour access to hydraulic circuit equipment and a range of classes taught by certified instructors – from cardio mix, Zumba, spin, yoga and pilates to martial arts.
Children can sign up for ballet, jazz, and martial arts classes.
Wellness services also include massage therapy and aromatherapy essential oils and related education.
