Brunswick Nursing & Rehab
A skilled nursing facility, Brunswick Nursing Home & Rehab Center provides short-term and long-term care and therapy services. Hospice and respite care are available.
The Director of Nursing manages all aspects of healthcare, while a Registered Nurse or LPN is on staff 24 hours a day. We conduct on-going in-house continuing education and CNA training programs. On-site consultations are held with registered dietitians.
Skilled nursing services include individualized resident care plan treatments, pain management, dementia care, bowel and bladder programs, catheter care, colostomy / Ileostomy care, diabetes management and education, wound care, artificial hydration and nutrition, IV therapy, medication management and education, restorative nursing, on-site laboratory testing and portable X-rays, and transportation services.
Therapy Services cover occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy
Resident activity programs focus on fitness and stretching, gardening, field trips and outings, current events and history, music and singing, volunteer programs, religious services, and games and trivia.
