Karen D. Brinkman, Acting State Conservationist Missouri NRCS State Office, writes, “Kenny Reichert of Chariton County will be this year’s recipient of the Olin Sims Award, which will be presented at the National Association of Conservation District (NACD) Supervisors Annual Meeting in San Antonio, Texas the last week of January!  I was honored to be able to contact Kenny this morning to let him know that he was chosen as this year’s winner.  He will be recognized at the NACD conference by Acting Chief Weller.  We will do a news release once the Chief makes the announcement at the Conference.”
